Positive: We didn’t eat breakfast there it was too expensive. The rooms were very small and very dark

Negative: The shower was very poor as the water was cold for the most part. The toilet wasn’t working properly.

Summary: The location was very convenient. The hotel was overpriced .

Positive: The decor, the expensive feel, the luxurious furniture and cushions and the detail on the place. The staff were incredible. Checking us in they were friendly and helpful. Having spoken to a number of staff members before our stay they were all so nice and friendly.

Positive: The room was nice, comfortable bed. Shower and toilet both ok.

Negative: The room was too dark, made it impossible to see anything. The window was straight out onto the car park meaning at times we could hear doors banging and cars driving in and out. We were also situated on the ground floor by the entrance door which was a bit loud at times.

Summary: Nice concept, maybe for younger people. Found the pool area a bit cramped.

Positive: The room itself was clean and tidy and good laundry service

Negative: No spaces to park told no restrictions in the village but there were sign stating otherwise. The bed was quiet hard to sleep on The room was sloping with slippery floor No toilet door and toilet had a crack in the pan. No proper shower curtain just a curtain to the shower room and toilet The shower had no pressure and could stand under it and not get wet as it had 3 shower heads pointing inwards The lights didn't turn off in the shower room Narrow stairs to take language up had to go up 2 spiral staircases. Room temperature was set to turn off and go back to 19 degrees so even when set to a comfortable 22 degrees and left and went out for a few hours and came back you would to cold room and wake up to a cold room. The both had to be filled from the ceiling which took a while to run hot water.

Positive: This was our second visit to CB so we knew what to expect. Beautiful decor, sexy vibes. A lovely place to chill out and reconnect.

Negative: We had to move rooms just after arrival due to an issue with the water. Fortunately they were able to upgrade us, so that made up for the inconvenience.
