Summary: The studio was actually perfect for both my boyfriend and I. I loved the inside how it was decorated. Everything was within walking distance and a great pancake place right down the street. Anytime I had any questions the host was quick to answer everytime! Had the best first experience here at Nashville!!!!

Summary: We had 1 night to get away from the kid's. This little condo made it nice for us. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Also Free Gated Parking! Thank you guys for letting us stay in your nice condo.

Summary: Overall a good stay. We were in town for a business conference. I would say that this is a better spot to crash after enjoying the Nash scene rather than a conference or a relaxing weekend. Pros: Super convenient location, great size for 2 guests, good complex, easy to work with.Cons: Loud HVAC system, uncomfortable bed, bathroom wasnt very clean, tight parking for a larger vehicle.

Summary: The unit was clean and in the best location. We walked right out the back door to Husk and had an amazing meal. So close to everything downtown and the hosts responded almost immediately to the couple of questions we had. Highly recommend and we plan on returning.

Summary: Our hosts have a condo that is a great location, walking distance to just about everywhere we wanted to go. Communication was outstanding and the condo was "cozy" as advertised. We would stay again.

Summary: It was a bit confusing at first to come through the touchpad into the initial set of gates. But the video did help quite a bit to find our way to our unit. The remote control to the gate as well as parking passes, were exactly where we were told. Very comfortable, very clean unit. The kitchen was well prepared for any type of meal that one would want to prepare. The unit was also very close to all the activities we wanted to experience in Nashville.
