Negative: We were not told that daily room cleaning was not included which was quite surprising. This left a bad impression on us.

Negative: I did call back to the location after I had left. I forgot my sunglasses and asked if they could mail them to me. They found them, but it is right at $50.00 to mail them to me. Also, I would think they would service the rooms daily. Mine was never serviced during my stay.

Positive: I was so pleasantly surprised about how modern and clean the hotel was. All of the staff we met were so kind and helpful. Nothing was a problem.

Negative: Nothing really. The only negative from our side as Irish people was the room had no kettle so we couldn’t make tea. It did provide a coffee maker. However there’s a Starbucks on the ground floor and the girls there kindly gave us hot water as we had our own teabags.

Summary: Beautiful hotel with fantastic pool area, two minute walk to centre of broadway highly recommend

Positive: Great location and rooms were nice.

Negative: Booked our room in October. We all got phone calls/messages stating that rooms would be changed. We all paid for vacation club but were out in regular hotel. Again, rooms were nice but some of us got regular rooms while others got suites. We could not understand since rooms were booked and fully paid for in October. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in a room that we all originally booked.

Negative: We booked the vacation club with a king size suite but upon arrival we were informed that the suite was not available and we were given a double queen room in the Hotel. This was not disclosed by booking.com that this could happen. We were lucky to get a room on premise because the staff informed us sometimes they have to send you to another location.

Positive: The Margaritaville HOTEL and the staff were great . Just be warned, that you may not get what you booked, and your vacation can get off to a bad start.

Negative: Never stayed at the Vacation Club we booked! The Vacation Club is a time share , which Booking never told us. We showed up and weren't able to stay because the owners were using it. No notice, nothing.
