Positive: it was very cozy, has everything you need allowed animals. also the hot tub was amazing!

Negative: the description and pictures made it sound like the beach was in the backyard and it was not. I reached out to the lady and she gave us $50.00 credit back. been nice if they had a golf cart because it was 15 minute walk. it was exhausting and there were no bathroom access anywhere at the beach. and the parking was limited to one spot..
