1 Bedroom Cabin in Printer, Martin

Cozy and quiet tiny home on dead end road, small creek in the back yard. Close to multiple riding trails including The Hatfield and McCoy trails among others. Jenny Wiley Park and of course Loretta Lynn’s homestead. Bike and walking trails close by also. We are located approximately 30 minutes from Pikeville and the Appalachian Wireless Arena.
Home has just been completed November 2023, beautifully decorated in Boho vibes. Keurig coffee pot for making a cup or a whole pot, two smart tv’s, covered front porch for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Close to shopping and a variety of restaurants.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for a week visiting our daughter. The property was clean and cozy. It had all the amenities we needed for the two of us. We worked remotely for a week and had very few problems. We did lose power once but we just went to a coffee shop (Lizzie B’s) which was a nice change of scenery. We did have some trouble finding it once we made the turn on the road (second house on the right) as it was dark and we didn’t have cell service. Cindy and her husband were so friendly and welcoming. We knew if we had any issues they would help us out no problem. Thank you for a great week.
