Positive: We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and private. The bed was very comfortable.

Negative: The card for the door had to be switched out. We were unable to gain entry the first few times. The staff was very nice and worked to fix the issue.

Summary: I had a wonderful time.

Positive: That you could hike to the lodge and the lake. Everything was centrally located. Dog friendly.

Negative: That everything was closed inside the lodge and we weren't notified until check-in. We didn't receive the continental breakfast, no activities to do on site for children, no bar/restaurant to eat at over a holiday. No staff available to fix the issues at the cabin. Mostly upset that we had to go buy groceries when we booked a place with a restaurant. They rushed us to check in because they wanted to close at 4pm. They requested we send someone to pickup the keys because we live out of state. Our cabin was supposed to have a grill but there wasn't a grill. We had to use a grill down at another cabin. We were supposed to have access to a washer and dryer but we didn't.
