Summary: Everything about this apartment was perfect for us. The location was great and it super easy to walk to many places on Park Avenue and East Avenue. The bed was super comfortable in the shower was great. The kitchen suited our needs for coffee, tea, and warming things up in the microwave. It was nice to have the larger size fridge. we will definitely plan to stay there the next time we come to visit our grandkids!

Summary: The Vrbo could not be more perfect! Clean, very cute, and within walking or a short driving distance to many of the main attractions in Rochester! Especially great if you’re planning to visit museums around the city. The bed was very comfortable and on-site parking was convenient.

Summary: Clean, simple stay. Everything is as advertised. I did not spend too much time in the space and only slept and showered because I was out and about most of the time. However, the place has everything you needed and clean. The only downside was you can hear everything outside and in the hallways in the morning. But that comes with the territory of an old building. The noise did not bother me, but my noise tolerance is high because I sleep well. I recommend and will stay again.

Summary: We figured being so close in town would mean dealing with city noise, but the neighborhood was very peaceful, super walkable, and convenient for all the sights and activities. Kitchen was fine, owners were responsive, room was very pretty. Had a great stay.
