Summary: They stay was amazing! Close enough to our kids but far enough to enjoy ourselves!!! It was just the birthday weekend I needed! Close to tri cities to enjoy great food too! The breakfast was delicious!!! 10/10!!! We definitely want to come back again!!!

Summary: First time staying at a bed and breakfast just because we like our privacy. This place is Awesome! Every room is private. They even drop off your dinner and breakfast, if you want. The Hosts are wonderful. Just a great find! We will return. Oh yeah. And the beds and pillows are the most comfortable we have slept on.

Summary: Nice little B&B in the Grandview countryside. Our room was very nice and clean; lots of attention to detail...cozy chairs, fireplace, air conditioning, dimmable lighting, big screen tv with Dish, Keurig, a wonderful breakfast and lovely hosts. This was our first stay at a B&B so I don’t have anything to compare our visit to but we would definitely stay there again.
