Summary: Location was right in town. The host was super easy to work with. The house has been updated inside and out. Special attention to detail to make your stay perfect. Coffee Pods, some basic snacks, plenty of games, TV's in every rooms. A beautiful back yard to lounge in. We will 100% use this property again.

Summary: We came for the wine & music festival and the location is perfect, with just minutes to most tasting rooms. This home is well maintained with an updated well-stocked kitchen, with good casual seating and comfortable bedding. The second bedroom does have a double bed, which is small for a couple, a queen would be better for two couples. The bathrooms are stocked with specialty soaps and shampoos - an unexpected surprise. We enjoyed the pretty glass wineglasses and the extra snacks, another surprise. The yard is beautiful with quiet peaceful sitting area in the back for morning coffee or an evening drink, and a playful tree swing in the front. The covered parking was also appreciated as it was 96 the weekend we stayed. There was a large selection of indoor and outdoor games available though we didnt stay long enough to use them. We've stayed in alot of home rentals - this is a gem for sure! Thank you Patricia for opening your home to wayward travelers. We had an absolutely wonderful weekend, in part to the comfort of your home.

Summary: This property was very convenient for two small families to meet up with kids and a small pet. The cleanliness was extremely impressive, cleaner than a hotel or any VRBO I’ve stayed in. They provided a lot of small details (phone chargers, an abundance of towels, extra blankets, coffee, wine glasses, etc.) that made the house feel like home and it easy to travel with kids. The location was quiet with a small yard and swing that the kids enjoyed. Conveniently located in Prosser with quick access to the lower Yakima Valley. Would be great for adults vacationing in wine country or a family get-away.
