Summary: I didn’t realize that the area you rent is part of their house and you will hear them. You also don’t have access to park in the garage or the driveway. There isn’t a kitchen, which I knew ahead of time. Give the shower 2 minutes to warm up. Hot water will come.

Summary: This is exactly what it says: one bedroom and a bathroom, with a small entry that has a microwave and a small frig. The bed is very comfortable. If you are looking for spacious, however, or a place to sit and study, this is not the place unless you want to sit on the bed. It was perfect for our needs - because we were gone most of the day and just needed a place to sleep. I would highly recommend this for the people who need just what we did! The owner was VERY easy to work with, and made an extra effort to be sure the path was salted (winter), and it was super clean. So impressed.
