Summary: Lloyd was a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive. He responded promptly to any questions that I asked or any help that I needed. The towels were very fluffy. The apartment was very clean. There was a full-size refrigerator. He supplied coffee, pods, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper and bathroom, soaps, and shampoo. The apartment is in a very good location easy to get to different places quickly. It was a challenge to get into the master bed as it was very high up but I managed. You could hear the pitter patter of his dogs walking on the floor above or when chairs are moving, but it wasn’t an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit this area again.

Summary: The living space was good-sized and nicely appointed. The TV in the living room did not work. There was quite a bit of noise from the floor above - could hear dog's toenails as it walked around on the floor as well as other noises. The main bedroom had a good sized king bed, but needed a stool or such to get into the bed. The bathtub water faucet leaked. The steps leading into and out of the living area where steep and midway there was an uneven step causing some stumbling. Host was very nice and good about helping with any problems.

Summary: We came to visit our daughter and her family nearby. The rental is a basement apartment in a family home. It was completely separate and private. The space was large and had comfortable furniture and bedding. Very large tvs. Bathroom was fine with no shortage of towels or paper goods. The kitchen is minimal, but you can make coffee and boil water. There is a large fridge and microwave plus a Keurig for pods and an air fryer. WiFi was fine. We were able to park in the driveway. Location is convenient to Denver and the airport. One of us went skiing twice - it was easy to get onto I70 heading to the mountains. The owner was immediately available via cell/text for any questions. Overall we had a great stay.

Summary: Lloyd was so easy to work with and went the extra mile for us during our stay, from shoveling the snow off the stairs to getting the snow off our car. Whatever we needed! It was super clean upon arrival and it worked out perfectly for our stay. Thanks Lloyd !
