Positive: It looked fantastic on the booking photos.

Negative: It was dusty,grubby windows and fridge.Very poor small queen beds with nylon sheets and pillowcases,saggy mattresses,so my husband and I coped by sleeping separately.Lots of light bulbs missing,two ceiling fans didn’t work,and outside deck broken.Plastic chairs around the pool were cracked.Everything needed attention.Even small things like no teatowels for drying the dishes.

Summary: Very disappointing ,don’t believe the photos!!

Positive: The deck is fantastic. its like an oasis away from everything. The house is very spacious, clean, and well stocked for the stay. The pool was pretty and a perfect spot to round out the day. The owner is quick to respond and very helpful. The house is off a slightly busy road, but on a deadend, and it was still peaceful with limited road noise. The space worked very well for my family and it was large enough to spread out. WiFi worked well for all the devices or when I had too work. The house is centerally located and it is easy to get places.

Negative: There is bedding for six, we are a family of five, but the second bedroom and the pull out couch are in a large suite like setting. You can see it in the pictures. There were minor issues that did not affect our stay: toliet paper holder was broken in one bathroom, screen door was difficult to open\close, and not enough towel hooks. One change I would recommend is to change the shower curtain rod to a bow sty!e to make it feel roomier.

Summary: It was exactly what my family need for an unexpected trip to Florida.
