Get ready to rest and relax. Our comfy 1250 SF guesthouse is adjacent to our personal home, but you have your own place and privacy. You're inside our fully fenced and gated property. If you are coming for the lake, you have many parks to choose from.. our private waterfront is not included in this rental. Outdoors find a nice outdoor table, chairs and a seating area for the gas BBQ area.
Inside our beautifully appointed home you’ll find ample seating for your family. a gas fireplace, forced air heat and AC, a large cable TV, Keurig coffee, microwave, convection air fryer, a beautiful kitchen and luxurious bedding. We can provide a pack and play and highchair. All the rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor area is a great place to hang out, eat and BBQ. Working as you travel? We have high speed internet.
The guest house is on the north end of beautiful Lake Tapps. You’ll be just inside a private gated residence. Your house is not on the water, but you can see the water from your house. Access to our waterfront has to be rented separately. Access the property easily from SeaTac international airport. Drive through the entry gate to the first door on your left.
Other things to note. We have two parking spaces at the front door. Other vehicles will have to park outside the gate.

Summary: This is a clean, well cared for property and home. It was noisy during one day of our stay due to the lawn crew and leaf blowers, so no napping. The beds are extremely firm, so they were not comfortable for myself and my elderly parents and we did not sleep well. There is no railing to get up and down the two front steps, so it is not good for the mobility impaired. There are only 2 twin beds in the second room not a queen, and no murphy or futon in the common area. There is an inflatable to use though. Also, there was no hot tub available. people
