Summary: First and foremost, we really enjoyed this house and I found the host to be very responsive and helpful. Looking at past reviews, it seems like the host has listened to input and has made some changes. The reason I couldn't give it a 5 star rating though, is the outdoor area and the lack of accuracy in how many people could be accomodated at the house. 8 people could stay there comfortably as far as sleeping goes, but there are only 4 chairs to sit at in the dining area. There is an island that could easily have 5-6 chairs around it or a larger dining table would also work. There is a beautiful deck with an amazing view that we were unable to enjoy due to the yellow jacket infestation. The yard is very unkept and completely surrounded by swarming bees. This was the most disappointing part of our overall experience, as we booked this house in part because of the deck and the views. This house has the potential to be amazing and I am confident the host will only continue to improvements along the way.

Summary: The listing stated it was on a gravel road, just be prepared that it is washboarded, our MINIs made it, just very rough, so be prepared. The home is beautiful, but there was an issue with the A/C, and we didn't contact the owner in time to address it. She assured us she would have someone look into it, but we were there only one very warm night.

Summary: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Our kids loved all the space to run around and play and the adults enjoyed the many amenities and the beautiful scenery outside. Upon arrival, we had a couple hiccups (due to an issue within the VRBO app) that were immediately resolved through easy communication with the host. She was extremely nice, professional and very accommodating to her guests. Anytime we had a question, she got back to me very quickly! A few things mentioned in previous reviews I noticed have now been resolved. There are 4 actual beds in total, a king in the upstairs master and each of the 3 downstairs bedrooms have a queen, I believe. There is also an air mattress we found in a storage cubby downstairs. The couches don’t have pull-out beds that we saw but they do recline back far enough that they could be slept on, comfortably. So there is absolutely plenty of room to accommodate 10 guests. There are 9 chairs available in the dining area, as well as a highchair stored in the closet. There is a 6-cup coffee pot, as well as several other kitchen appliances and cooking/baking supplies available. This host really cares about her guests’ experience and takes their feedback into consideration. There is a long curvy, gravel road to get to this property, but it is absolutely worth it to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and gorgeous views. We loved our time spent in this beautiful home and we appreciate Samantha being such a gracious host.

Summary: We really enjoyed the property. The views are amazing, and if you enjoy a quiet retreat in the woods, there is nothing better. The property was clean, had all the necessary amenities like extra blankets and pillows. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This home is beautiful and located up in the Mts. During winter/snowy months, you will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to drive the narrower road leading up to the house. Pros: As I said, it's a beautiful home with Gorgeous views! they provide soaps (hand& dish) and shampoos as well as all your sheets and towels. The beds that they did have, were very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked pretty well with whatever you need to cook with. They have a huge selection of games to play. Cons: As another reviewer said, there are security cameras around, mostly outside but there are two(that we know of) inside with some paper over them. It left me feeling like I was being listened to all the time. They advertised as being able to sleep 10 people, but I would have to disagree with that if you're all adults. The couch is said to have a sofa bed but does not. It does recline but no bed. The office is labeled to have a queen bed, which is simply an air-mattress on the floor. For kids that would be fine but for grown adults, it's not that great. There were not enough dining chairs, especially with advertising for 10 people. (we had 9 in our group) There was a total of 7 chairs, including the bar stools. Also, a regular sized coffee pot would be very helpful for us that like to drink coffee in the morning! :) I know this is a newer listing but with a few tweaks, this is an awesome get away from all the hustle and bustle of life. Our family did enjoy staying here!

Summary: The home is beautiful. The view was amazing! There were nice touches that made it feel very comfy and home like. We appreciated the sweet welcome gifts! They were very thoughtful! Even treats for our pups! The beds were very comfortable. Alot of effort was made. Though our stay was very short (just one night) we had a great time! There were a few oddities i think are worth mentioning. The security camera in the living room. It was covered by what looked like post it notes, but i found myself feeling like we were maybe being listened to? No coffee maker, that was a bummer. Opened and used condements in the fridge. The master closet was locked so we could not hang anything up, not a huge deal. And there were mens clothes in the entry way closet? We are the first VRBO customers to this rental, so we kind of chalked it up to working out the kinks. Besides the camera, again our stay was short so I didn't want to make a huge deal of it, the house is a stunner. I think if those few issues are addressed this place would have been perfect!
