Summary: This property was PERFECT for our daughter’s graduation party that traveled from Alaska! I have never seen such a huge sofa! The bbq grill was so convenient and the hot-tub was amazing! The hosts had great communication. I HIGHLY recommend this property for those with large groups! THANK YOU!

Summary: This property is amazing. Love their outdoor areas. The mini condo in the basement is just beautiful and perfect. Location in the middle of everything. I just would say that this place is perfect for 8 adults and 2 kids or juvenils willing to sleep in the couches (10 people max.) We also noticed the lack of locks in some bethroom and the first floor bathroom.

Summary: We had two families, plus a few and had plenty of room. The outdoor space was delightful. Homemade pizza in the pizza oven was a highlight. It is a great location and easy to downtown, disc golf across the street, and close to grocery stores. Overall a wonderful stay. Hosts are Spokane natives and have pride in their home.

Summary: We had a great stay at this property! This place is very charming yet well appointed. Our host made our stay easy and comfortable. They have thought of everything you would need during a weekend stay. Our kids loved the basement and there was plenty of space for two families of four! My only recommendation is to make sure and follow the host’s specific parking recommendations to avoid any issues.
