Summary: Check-in was great! The gal had a sweet demeanor and was very friendly. Roo. Was nice! Shower was dirty though and had hair on the wall from the previous guest. Checkout was quick, easy and that gal was also super sweet! Great representation at the front desk!

Summary: I had originally asked for a nice room for our anniversary celebration and when we got to the room the bed was literally curving in word to the point where you could see it and we were told there were no other rooms available then we had a piece of bread from the ice machine yes you read that correctly, and then spoke with a manager and was then transferred to another room which was great however the TV only produced sound

Summary: The staff were all excellent and doing their best on a very busy weekend. The room was well appointed, but there was significant mildew in the shower ceiling and on the bathroom blinds. The mattress was well worn with a significant sag in the middle. My wife and I both woke up with significant neck and back pain. There was a $10 parking up charge due to an event, so the parking for one night was $38 for hotel guests. The $20 destination amenities charge applied after checking out also feels excessive and unnecessary given the accommodations.
