We offer our guests a cozy home away from home in a quiet, established neighborhood! Our spacious house is tucked right in the heart of Waco and just a short drive from shopping, dining, entertainment and family-friendly activities. Cruise Valley Mills Drive, hit the shops at the Marketplace, or head downtown to check out Magnolia, the Dr Pepper Museum and Balcones Distillery.
It's the perfect spot for your summer vacay, whether you're on the road with kids, a group of friends getting away for a few days, or traveling for work. We even welcome pets - please keep them out of the pool and hot tub and clean up after bathroom trips!
Our pool is perfect for a cool dip on hot summer days, and our spacious patio is just right for evening cookouts and s'mores. You bring the meat, we'll bring the grill and a spare bottle of propane.
If you like to start your morning with a cup of coffee, you're in luck! Our Keurig takes grounds or k-cups and we keep both on hand.
We do our best to provide everything you might need, from cookware to extra linens and toiletries. We also have a pack n play and high chair available for rent!
Each bedroom has its own TV and extra linens are provided.
If you're planning a longer stay with us, we offer housekeeping for $25/hour with a two-hour minimum.
Our laundry facilities are in the garage, and yours to use. Just keep the door locked if you're traveling with children, as we store chemicals and paint in the garage.

Summary: This house was amazing. The backyard was magical. Mark and Tiffani are wonderful hosts. All the tiny little details made you feel like you were at home. There was nothing you could need that wasn't there. If I could rate as tens, i would! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed if you book this property.

Summary: Nice home, meets on-line description, lots of amenities in back yard and in the home. Classic decor, comfortable seating under shade in the backyard, mini-bar with refrigerator on back porch with grill, responsive hosts, generally quiet neighborhood, 2 gas stations with mini-stores one block away.

Summary: My Wife and I spent our Thanksgiving here with our children who came from out of town. This house is absolutely the best holiday rental we have stayed in. There was plenty of space, the backyard sells itself. Beautiful landscape, pool, hot tub, and a wonderful back deck. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend this house. And the hosts were very helpful and we appreciated everything.
