Positive: The house was perfect for our girls trip. The house was clean and decorated in the farmhouse style. Perfect for our trip to Waco to enjoy the Magnolia Silos, and homes from the Fixer Upper show. There were 5 of us in our group. We were able to spread out and relax, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable, everyone slept well.

Negative: There was only 1 bathroom for 5 people. We just had to take turns and it all worked out well.

Summary: Best trip ever, we were not ready to come home!

Positive: Breakfast not offered. Location good. Had to call for new tv batteries but were delivered in a timely manner.

Negative: Couldn’t find the light switch for the dining room table. Kitchen faucet not working well.

Positive: Cute very clean house close to the campus. Very comfortable beds and soft sheets. Fully equipped kitchen and patio area both up front and in the back of the house. Very nice owners who checked in with us if we need anything during our stay.

Negative: Nothing. The owners really try to make you feel welcome.

Positive: This house is beautifully decorated and newly updated but kept its old charm. Location was perfect for our needs.

Negative: Grass had not been mowed we were told due to the rain in the area. It was a bit long in both the front and the back. It was not awful but would have loved to have seen the property when it was mowed.
