Summary: Sarah and Chris were great hosts. House was as promised, clean, and close to downtown/all our planned activities. Had plenty of space, quiet evenings, and plenty of cooking/eating/sleeping space for a family of five. When we checked in there was a chirping smoke alarm - Chris was over within half an hour to address the “issue”. Would readily stay here again next time we’re in Des Moines.
