Summary: The loft is so cozy and is decorated perfectly. We were so impressed with all the details like extra toiletries you may have forgotten, bug spray, beach towels, saran wrap, and the beautiful fresh eggs. I loved the bird coloring book with colored pencils, the games, and of course the farm animals (including baby goats!) My son was worried the roosters would wake him, but we heard nothing from inside. Sarah was a wonderful hostess and I would love to stay here again.

Summary: My wife and I were here for 3 days. Perfect. We loved being in the country, but just 10 minutes from conveniences. The loft was very well kept and clean. We had zero complaints. The hosts were very accomodating. Chincoteague and Assateague Islands are within easy driving distance. You will not be disappointed if you book this locationdistance

Summary: Impeccable property, comfy, decorated like a house on HGTV. Very quiet. Close to the beaches and everything we wanted to do. Was fun meeting the animals. Chandler was our greeter and I was in love. Would stay again but would bring a small fan for the bedroom which stayed somewhat warm despite the living room air conditioner. Such a lovely stay.

Summary: Sarah and her family did such a wonderful job with this loft it was beautiful and comfy. Loved how much they had in this place for your stay, they thought of everything! We would book this again and stay longer to meet the animals, family and just to get away from it all. You want a quite, peaceful night sleep with the sound of frogs and crickets this is your place!!!
