Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay that was peaceful and relaxing. A quiet area with wildlife to view as well as sunsets and star gazing from the rooftop deck. The large inground pool was terrific and the owners are friendly and very responsive, An absolute gem of a property.

Summary: This house is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. It’s very much a secluded getaway, great for COVID social distancing which was just what we wanted. There isn’t a dock but the back yard is right on the water and while it was too chilly to swim we did have very successful fishing. David and Jerry were super attentive to questions and concerns and any other needs we had.

Summary: Our stay at Dockside was just what we needed. First and foremost, the hospitality was over the top!!! Amazing communication before and during the visit. Working with David on site was a joy and Jerry beforehand was very communicative always answering all my questions. Hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful with storm Isaias being in the middle of our stay. Very easy to socially distance as the house is on a very quiet part of the water. Renting boats For the week (kayaks, paddle boards, and powerboat) was great. Also nice bike riding in the neighborhood. The house had plenty of space for two families and spots for the kids to play. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms and bathrooms felt like a b&b with folded towels and nicely made beds. Only downside was we didn’t feel comfortable swimming off the backyard (although you can) with the little kids due to some jellyfish spotted and uneven ground. But we made due and found a sandy beach nearby by boat for a beach day! Overall a great vacation and a special thanks to David again for his generosity and hospitality! Hope to come back and try out another one of your properties soon!
