Positive: I thought there would be complimentary breakfast but there wasn’t. They said you have to pay at the Bistro.

Negative: There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. There was a coffee maker in the room but I had to go downstairs to get cream and sugar. I am a Bonvoy member. What’s up with not having cream and sugar in the room with the coffee packets?

Summary: It was nice except for the breakfast and coffee problem.
