Positive: Location, restaurant/bar right on the premises! Beautiful location

Negative: The shower curtain rod was loose and caused the curtain to slide toward the middle. We mentioned it, they said they would send maintenance but was never fixed. The pillows are yellow with other people’s sweat and whatever else 🤢, definitely need to replace those. Bought a pillow at Walmart. Needs a few updates for sure.

Negative: Woke up to two roaches in the room. I wanted to leave immediately because I no longer felt comfortable, so I couldn’t use my breakfast vouchers. I told the front desk this and they said ‘I’m so sorry. It’s common for this area and we do what we can. Do you want your receipt emailed?’ Realistically I’d like a refund.
