Courtyard Cottage is a delightful stone cottage overlooking Dartmouthβs championship golf course, within a short drive of historic Dartmouth. The property sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms (three en suite), and also benefits from a family bathroom. In addition, there is a modern kitchen and open plan living / dining area with a wood burning stove. Outside is a private terrace and parking for one car, whilst the tennis court, swimming pool and other leisure facilities provided by the club are within a short walk β all of which are complimentary for guests. Courtyard Cottage is in an ideal location for sports enthusiasts and energetic families alike.

Guests will require beach towels. Allocated parking for one car, with additional parking in the main car park.
