Summary: The cottage was lovely. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped inside and out and Deb, the host, was a star. Stoke Gabriel is a charming little place with two lovely pubs and easy access to other, busier centres. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back.

Summary: Manuka was a lovely house to stay in whilst we explored Devon on our honeymoon. It was spotless and easy to feel comfortable straight away. Deb was a wonderful host making sure we were enjoying our stay and even got us some Prosecco and scones to congratulate us on our marriage! The hot tub was wonderful! Our dog Nessie felt straight at home and the house is well equipped for dogs. We will definitely be back with a bigger group to enjoy Manuka and the beautiful beaches and hikes around!

Summary: We had a fantastic week enjoying the area, so much to do and see. Deb was brilliant and was on hand for any issues that we had. We didn't have any, but did request a few items in the kitchen, and they appeared within hours and with no queries at all. A great place for the family in a very friendly and welcoming village. The hot tub was a welcome addition and the temperature was perfect. The whole property was well stocked and the attention to detail was perfect. We would recommend Emma's for food, The Castle Inn, for drinks and the River Shack for food and crabbing. Thank you very much.

Summary: A lovely property in a lovely location. In the countryside but a short drive to all of the local attractions. Stayed for a long weekend and would definitely return. The garden gets good sunshine and is mostly fake grass so doesn't get muddy if it rains. The cottage was clean and well equipped. The walk in shower cubicle is in a small ensuite but there's an over bath shower in the bigger main bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and there were tea bags and coffee pods already there for us.

Summary: We stayed at Manuka cottage for 5 weeks, of all the places we have stayed over the years Deb is by far the best host we have experienced, very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, providing everything that we needed, very comfortable beds and based within a quiet area. The biggest perk would have to be the hottub which as a family we enjoyed very much. Over all a luxury experience and we would definitely come back again at some point. Thanks for everything Deb, hope to see you again soon 😊

Summary: Wonderful welcome as house was decorated with Christmas tree and decorations, a cream tea and a bottle of Prosecco. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the owner was very attentive to all our needs. Comfortable rooms with an amazing TV which was much better than our own!
