Summary: The first night we were there there there was an issue with the AC and they took care of it pretty quickly. They ended up moving us to another room. It was late at night, but the gentleman at the desk took care of it as soon as he could, it was easy process I appreciate that Staff was friendly every time we Interacted …it was a nice stay

Summary: The rooms didn’t get cooler than 78°. The location is far from downtown St. Augustine. There is no restaurant, only a Starbucks with limited menu. But I must say, the staff was very friendly.
