Positive: Housekeeping staff was really nice and friendly.

Negative: We didn’t like that you couldn’t get coffee in the lobby without paying and there was no complimentary breakfast.

Positive: Breakfast not included, Bistro never knew operating hours so never got anything to eat at Hotel, went to go to lunch one day at 12:30 and it was closed. came in one evening and it was closed then. One room had had the shower remodeled but the other one did not. Other than that it was good and might stay there again if I go to St Augustine in the future.

Negative: Better Knowledge of the Bistro hours and a little more knowledge of the trolley route. Also thought the courtyard meant you could go from your room to the courtyard without having to go out into the hallway to get there. Also the fire pit was very nice but was only on one night of the stay we were planning to sit out on thursday with our granddaughter and have something warm to drink after going to the night of lights. Had a hard time getting to speak with the front desk to let them know we had been delayed.

Summary: Overall decent stay and would probably stay again.
