Positive: the hotel was very clean and oceanfront. the restaurant at the hotel was really good and the complimentary breakfast was also delicious. the only negative was that my phone (AT&T) had no service, I was staying on the first floor- it may be different for everyone.

Positive: This hotel is exceptional. It's the second time that I've stayed here and I won't stay anywhere else in St. Augustine. It's an exceptional property.

Negative: The valets are OUTSTANDING, however, the system of dropping off your car and then not getting any immediate confirmation about your car is a little unnerving as you don't know if the hotel has your car or someone else has your car. It's a very busy drop off area for cars and it would be very easy for someone not affiliated with the hotel to steal your car with this system.

Summary: Outstanding hotel. It's my top hotel in all of my years of travel!
