Negative: Bar/ Bistro was under staffed in the evening following an event at TD Garden. Took a very long time to get a beverage. The front desk staff was not nearly as pleasant as the day staff.

Positive: Stayed for a concert at TD Garden. Walking distance from venue made it a breeze at the start and end of the concert. It took longer to get out the venue then to walk back to the hotel. And with temps below 20 degrees that mattered! Hotel was clean and comfortable for the night we were there. Will definately consider this location next time we travel to Boston.

Positive: If you’re going to an event at the Boston Garden, this is the place to stay. You walk out the hotel door and, in three minutes, you are there. We took the Downeaster train from Maine, with many locations to get on board, and it takes you directly to North Station. Such a great way to get to Boston without having to drive and pay to park a car.
