Exquisite and sunny 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Boston in the North End. Fall in love with the mix of old world Italy and downtown Boston in a recently renovated apartment that is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, the harbor and aquarium, and the rest of Boston.
Our ~500sqft one bedroom unit is located on the 2nd floor of a professionally managed walk up building (somewhat steep/narrow staircase as is typical for the area). It is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers who need an extra sleep space on our fold out sleeper sofa.
There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and cooking utensils, pots, and pans for you to cook with.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and full closet with hangers for you to use.
We provide all linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay.
There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door to this building.

Summary: This place is an excellent location in the heart of North End surrounded by yummy restaurants, bakery's, coffee shops, and fun bars! We did not need a car. The flat is comfortable for two people with a living space, small kitchenette, separate bedroom with a small bathroom. The building itself is old so there are noises it makes during the night but nothing to keep us awake.

Summary: The location was excellent, close to a lot of restaurants and a short walk to the wharf area. The bathroom needs a few repairs (paper holder broken, towel rack loose, old tub, and floor tiles cracked/loose) but it was functional and clean. Don't expect usable toiletries though. Only partially used bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc were provided along with a few rolls of toilet paper. If you plan cooking at all, be warned there is no real grocery store close by. There's a convenience market close by but think more like 'well stocked gas station' type items versus true groceries that you might want to fix breakfast, coffee, etc. We walked to Café Amalfi each morning for our caffeine fix and they have some great breakfast items also. The bed was comfortable but a little cramped in the space. It is a typical small city space, so perfect for 1 or 2 people if you plan on staying in the north end.
