Summary: The hotel generally is good and have stayed before with no problems, however the man on the front desk was less than interested, after I asked for assistance did not hear from him again even when I walked past the reception desk.

Summary: We stay in this hotel more than 3 times a year. But unfortunately this was not very pleasant, we had a 3 night stay and no one looked in our room once. We had to ask at reception for toilet rolls and tea/coffee. We also had someone downstairs smoking in their room and the smell was coming up the vents, I know this is not the fault of the hotel. but on our last day we got up at 0600 and left the hotel as he smell was intolerable. We will be back later in the new year and hope we dont have the same experiences.
