Positive: Modern, clean and well equipped. The property has a rustic charm, lovely welcome basket and was great to get the log fire burning. We stayed here whilst attending a wedding at the hidden river barn. It's a 10 minute drive from the place and cost 1/5 of the price they were charging. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: The location is isolated and not the best parking, making your way from the car to the accommodation it is quite dark with no outdoor lighting and not the best underfoot conditions.

Positive: The owners and their family are amazing and wow what a fantstic job they have done on the holiday lets, and to the start to their events venue and gardens, we cannot wait to come back and see the progress they make on the rest of the hall, marquee, cafe & grounds.

Negative: The TV had no aerial. There is a second entrance to the let which led into the hall under construction which could not be locked from the inside, however i believe the hall was locked up over night so we didnt feel too vunerable overnight.

Summary: absolutely fan-bloomin-tastic!
