Negative: We were in room 1 and the shower took 20 minutes to get warm the other bath taps and basin never got warm

Positive: I can see why this is popular as a wedding venue. There is a nice bar. The breakfast was very well presented

Negative: My wife is disabled. There is disabled parking but because it's a listed building there's no lift or accessible rooms. Once she got up all the stairs she had to stay up there. The water took along time to heat up.

Summary: Would stay again if I didn't have a disabled person with me
