Positive: friendly staff, the shower was awesome, beds nice, all was nice and clean.

Negative: only one chair in the room and the room was small. Not very sound proof. Could hear people down the hallway in the entrance area.

Summary: Basically it was nice. Would come again.

Positive: Clean, well maintained, friendly and courteous staff.

Negative: Noise from adjacent room was very loud early in the evening. Then was kept awake by talking and slamming doors in the hallway at least until 11:30 PM. No nightstand or lamp next to beds was a little inconvenient.

Summary: Overall nice facility for a reasonable price. Soundproofing could be a little better

Negative: Bed was like a rock and our room was next a closet that was REALLY noisy!!! High pitched whine. We heard everyone in the hallway too.

Positive: The location is excellent!! Within walking distance of a great Mexican restaurant as well as the local theater. We were there for a concert and it is an extremely convenient location. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in town. The room was spacious and clean. I didn't have breakfast but I know it was offered. The shower was nice. I love a good shower.

Negative: It smelled a little funky passing by the rooms on the first floor. However they were rooms with hot tubs so it might have been from that. The door knob didn't work very well for our bathroom. Overall just a few minor maintenance issues. Nothing to dissuade me from staying again.
