Long story short, I built this house so my family and friends can all get together in one place. I wanted somewhere open and private, close to a lake, and off the beaten path. But also close enough to civilization. I want your family and friends to enjoy this house, too. Get together up here for a getaway weekend, a full week off, or more. There’s room for everybody, a full kitchen, outdoor barbecue, outdoor bonfire pit, 2 miles of walking paths on the property, 46 acres of woods, and the best stars you’ve seen in Georgia. I also have a JetSki and ATVs available for rent. If you’ve got a big group, this is your place.

Summary: We needed a place to meet together as a family over Christmas. This place met our needs perfectly. We had space, entertainment (hiking trail, pool table, air hockey), big TV. Kitchen was fantastic with 2 dishwashers and a big wall oven and gas stovetop. Plenty of seating, and space. All appliances worked as stated. Marc is the best! What a great host. No hesitation needed, just book it!

Summary: We had an excellent time! Marc was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house is very spacious for a group of 12, and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Plenty of games and activities located at the house, along with all the kitchenware we could ever need. We did not need to leave throughout our stay! Definitely recommend for any occasion.
