Absolutely beautiful 2,404 sq ft home with 8 beds across 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms and a half bath. Main floor has everything you need including the living room, kitchen, dining, primary King bedroom with ensuite and laundry room. Head upstairs for the additional two bedrooms. First bedroom upstairs has another King, twin, and trundle twin. Second upstairs bedroom as two twins with two trundles.
*Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm. We do not allow check-ins after 10pm*

We have an electric fireplace that guests are able to use. It is located in the living room.

We have a firepit for guest use.

Summary: This VRBO was the best we have ever stayed at. The house is beautiful inside and out. The short path to the dock was a joy to walk on everyday, our boat was protected by a cover while docked their. Communication with the owners was fast, but we never needed anything more then what was provided. The house has Roku TV and games provided, on the dock are 4 kayaks ready to use. This is for sure a rental that you will not want to miss out on.

Summary: The house is beautiful and was in a wonderful neighborhood. The toys provided to play on the lake and fishing off the dock was fun for the whole family. The location is fairly far from the nearest grocery store (15-20 minutes) so be prepared for that. Overall, it was a nice place where we would stay again if we vacationed in the same area.

Summary: We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at Toccoa Falls. The location is perfect, the neighbors around the circle are so friendly. They stopped us each morning to talk while we were jogging. The home has everything you could need. The kids loved kayaking and fishing off the dock. And the nightime fire pit was a perfect place to relax!

Summary: My family and I chose this lake house for a quick weekend getaway. The accommodations were far beyond and superior to what we expected! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the neighbors were friendly. There was no detail missed - even down to the security code on the door! The owners thought of everything which resulted in a pleasant stay that my family will remember forever. The floor plan was spacious and all the rooms and bathrooms were outstanding. The lake was an easy few steps from the house and it was serene and peaceful. Would definitely recommend 5 stars and would love to visit again!

Summary: We loved the home! Easy check in and check out. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the variety of kitchen supplies and appliances. The lake was amazing. Nice, quiet area. The paddle boards, kayaks, and outdoor games were fun!

Summary: First off, the property manager (Andrew) was fantastic. Very easy to talk to and responded promptly. Allowed us to check in early as well. The property was very clean and spacious. All appliances in great working condition. Very pet friendly!! Great path the dock. If I had to put an additional thing to make my stay perfect, would have been a lighted dock for night fishing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!!!
