Lomas Cottage is a former cattle barn which today is a luxury cottage sleeping four people. It's also dog-friendly. Downstairs there’s an open-plan living area and upstairs there are two double bedrooms – both can either be twins or a super king. The bathroom has a bath with an over-bath shower and there’s a private patio just outside. Lomas Cottage is set in one of Derbyshire's most breathtaking valleys with views of where the final scenes of Peaky Blinders were filmed. Close to both Buxton and Bakewell, the cottage is part of the Wheeldon Trees retreat. Summary: What a lovely place! We've never been catered for to such an extent. Hazel is approachable al the time and she helped with everything. The place is excellent for children. We'll definitely return.

Summary: A well equipped and very comfortable cottage in a truly beautiful location. Communication was great throughout, with a generous and thoughtful welcome package on arrival. The collection of cottages is tastefully converted and well thought out, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our stay was short but very enjoyable, and we would happily return for longer. Highly recommended.
