Summary: Shower not working. I was offered to shower in the players changing room!!! Kettle plug didn’t reach the power socket Although I was offered a £30.00 refund a full refund would have been more appropriate

Summary: Beautiful manor but rooms are basic, furniture is old, noisy and out of character. No water pressure in shower. Could do with a refurb! Bed was comfy!

Summary: Hotel was generally ok staff friendly and helpful. Room was in need of some maintenance bathroom door had two inches of paint peeling and there was some on one of the cellings that could be tied up. Restraunt was very clean well set out for breakfast .food was varied and the cooked help you self was hot and nice

Summary: No bottled water in rooms. Toilet would not flush properly. Cob webs. Staff not really bothered about the customers. I wont recommended it to anyone...

Summary: The bed was so uncomfortable we didn’t really get any sleep. Otherwise the room was ok, good size, nice views, basic necessities, had a hairdryer and iron which is nice. There was a party on in the bar and unfortunately our room window was right above the entrance so we could hear their music at midnight. Luckily it wasn’t later when it finished.

Summary: Reception were great 10/10 Room very dated. Bathroom could absolutely do with updating, the curtain rail was broken which made the room look shabby, grounds kept better than the actual rooms. Bar and waiting staff were great 10/10

Summary: So where do I start… our room was £60 that bit was good. Checking in was good also. Took about 20 minutes to find someone to take our order from bar. Not good! Then when we settled down to bed - TV didn’t work. I mean it did work for 5 mins then the signal dropped and TV turned itself off. Thank heavens for my son’s iPad we could watch something instead! To be honest though the place was nice and quiet and facilities great especially breakfast. Would stay again assuming there is more staff next time and we get a working TV :)
