Positive: Everything, The whole house was very clean, well presented, comfy beds, brilliant location. Hosts were amazing, helped us when we were in a crisis from a previous booking, checked in regularly.

Negative: It was missing a few kitchen essentials which we needed so went to Tesco and purchased and left at the property, there might come in handy for other guests in the future :)

Positive: Well set out house, lovely space for a family gathering. It was walking distance to Purley rail station to make easy access to London. A very large tesco nearby.

Negative: A walk in shower, but the bath also had a shower.

Summary: It met all our needs, it was warm, comfortable, light filler home.

Positive: Wow! I am love with this property! The owner is absolutely a wonderful person and host. The house is spotless, well-decorated, great sheets and bedding, and much, much bigger than it looks. I cannot say for certain what I love most about the home: location? Comfort? Size? Neighborhood? All are fantastic! The property sits on a quiet road surrounded by everything one could want. Smack in between Kenley and Purley stations, both are just a half mile away and easily walkable. A large Tesco in Purley, great dining, pubs, anything one wants. Just 30 minutes to a great day in Central London. The home is 3 levels with a very large 1st floor bedroom, half bath, 3 bedrooms on the upper level with a super large bathroom, and office/laundry dryer and living room that opens to the garden on the lower level. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. We had a blown breaker and the internet was down. The owner came over immediately and had us back online within 30 minutes! This will be my go-to home whenever I visit.
