Summary: We had a great stay at Cottonwood cabin. The home was very clean when we arrived, and more than adequately equipped in the kitchen. The fenced in yard was exactly what we were looking for since we brought our pup Mojo. Our son enjoyed fly fishing on the San Juan from the property, and we made several outings on Navajo Lake with our fishing boat. Native American heritage abounds in the area, and neighbor Frank was absolutely our goto resource for everything we were thinking about doing. A great stay!

Summary: We stayed in Blanco for 6 days fishing the San Juan River. The cabin was perfect for us - very spacious and had everything we needed! Close to the river for fishing and the fishing was spectacular! Would love to visit again.

Summary: We loved staying at Cottonwood cabin! There is every amenity you could wish for from a fully-stocked kitchen to plenty of towels, bedding and blankets. The hot tub was sparkling clean and wonderful for morning and evening soaks. The teen girls loved having the loft with a full bathroom all to themselves. My husband as able to walk through the backyard to the river and fish. Also, the neighbor Frank and his dog Sophie were very friendly. We would definitely come back and stay!

Summary: Had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean. It was nice to have both indoor and outside games to play with the family. The backyard was beautiful with the grass and trees. Being right on the river was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!
