Summary: The check in staff didn’t inform us the elevator was out until AFTER we checked in and paid. Our room was on the 3rd floor! my wife and I are both in our 60’s with bad backs. We had to carry all our luggage up three flights of stairs. No accommodations were made. Not even a discount on our room!!

Summary: Negative: checked in late. Room AC not on & isnt going to cool enough for the size of the room before bedtime. Placed on the 3rd floor, elevator not working.
