Positive: The gite is in the country side, maybe 10 minutes drive from the centre of Falaise, and very quiet as it is at the end of a long drive situated next to the owners property.

Negative: No local shops or bakery, but that wasn't a real issue for us.

Positive: Very high quality "farm building" conversion with lots of character. Spacious. Extremely comfortable open-plan living with high quality furnishings and fittings. Felt very secure and safe as a part of a collection of attractive buildings. Very quiet and peaceful - with grazing horses in adjacent fields! Dedicated parking adjacent to garden gate. Courteous, caring and friendly owner A few minutes drive out of Falaise which has loads of cafe bars, restaurants and excellent small food shops as well as tourist/historical sites.

Negative: No criticism at all. Hope to have return visits and stop-overs!

Summary: Perfect, quality 'Gite for Two.
