Positive: As a regular traveller in France, i would say the breakfast is as good as you could possibly get!Good comfortable accommodation, large bed, and a friendly host. Parking only about 25 metres from the property and not far to the centre of town.

Negative: I don't wish to say anything negative about the property or the host. Everything was excellent. Unfortunately, the Bookings.com info is from a previous owner. There is no onsite restaurant, or coffee shop as stated. The units are not fitted with a fridge and coffee machine, although there is a coffee machine in the shared breakfast room downstairs. English is not spoken, and there was no mention in French of any of the items being offered for delivery to the room as described. None of this was a problem for us and we would stay again, but someone has to change the facts in the overall description.

Positive: Eric was an excellent host who explained everything well. The room was elegant and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent - which set us up for a visit to the Chateau and Musee in Falaise.

Negative: I can't think of anything that could have improved our experience.

Positive: A really lovely property, beautifully set up for guests and very convenient for the town. Delicious breakfast and a warm welcome. We were a little surprised to discover that Brigitte and Gilles, with whom we had booked, had just sold up to Silvie and Eric, who had only just moved in 2 days earlier! Warmest congratulations to the new hosts for so seamlessly continuing at such short notice the superb standard that their predecessors had achieved.
