Negative: It was a bit cold, although all the heaters were on maximum.

Positive: Quiet, beautiful place. Views are amazing, especially when the weather is good. The cottage is warm and cozy, everything is new and of good quality. Kitchen is well equipped, there is even a small coffemaker. Dogs are allowed without extra charges. There's a place for a barbecue -with a water tap and gas tank, which is very convenient. When it was raining, we enjoyed watching TV as a TVset is also very good) Regular price is quite high but we saw that it is worth every lari - more comfortable than any hotel we saw in Ajara. Hosts are welcoming. Amazing experience!

Negative: Not a drawback, but would be good to know - the stairs inside are very steep, keep it in mind if you travel with kids or small dogs. The territory around the yard may be quite muddy, especially in a rainy weather. But the cottage yard is clean and nice. It was not easy to find the exact location of the cottage - I would advise to ask the host meet you in Makhinjauri and follow to the cottage.
