Positive: Great location, the beach is right in front of the building, small markets are nearby and the drive to Batumi is really short. In the evening you can walk near the seaside. The apartment has two wonderful balconies and overall the facilities are fine. The host is very responsive, always stays in touch and is very polite!

Negative: It wasn't as clean as I expected after reading the reviews. The AC was dusty and moldy, and it worked poorly because of it. There was a lot of dust on the fridge and on the kitchen exhaust. The bathrobe and some linen had dirty spots. The dishes and cups are quite old and haven't been thoroughly washed for some time. It would be much better to just renew them, same goes for the frying pan. The knives were blunt, so it was a problem to cut anything. Some amenities were just absent, like a simple toilet paper and a dish rack for a wet dishes. The big sofa was broken by the time of our arrival. The host compensated for this problem. Still I really advise the host to change it anyway, because it's very uncomfortable to sleep on, especially for a long stay. Finally, bear in mind that the elevator goes only up to 13 floors, and you need to use stairs to come to the 14th. Also be ready that the building itself is quite old.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Apartment. The location is just perfect - the sea at the doorsteps, food shops and a bus stop nearby, and nice restaurants in a walking area. The view from the balcony is beautiful. There were some problems, but they were resolved at lightning speed - many thanks to Dato!

Negative: Nothing serious. It would be great if there was a microwave oven in the kitchen and a mirror in the living room. Yes, there is a mirror, but it is only in the bathroom. The 14th floor provides a wonderful view, but if the elevator does not work (it happened one day during our stay), be prepared to go up and down on foot.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Apartment, definitely recommend

Positive: I really liked the apartment, as I understood it was newly opened, it was clean, comfortable furniture, good location, lovely kitchen, the bathroom worked well, you can really relax on the balcony. It is important that the apartment is located in the first strip of the sea, which was a great comfort for me, the mountain and the sea together are ideal. I will definitely visit again.

Positive: Everything was new and clean. Location was great, it was located in the first front of beach, it has partial view of the sea and a full balcony of the mountain view. There was a parking as well. I liked that there was every utensil inside the cupboard you might need. I was alone, but if I were with my babies I would still enjoy staying there. Flat is big and colorful.
