Positive: The self contained unit really does have everything you need for a no fuss stay. Parking was easy & access simple - the lounge area was comfortable and practical.

Negative: Despite my schedule meaning an early start during my visit I was still disturbed by the host noisily arising - their yard is right outside the bedroom window & a change in routine to accommodate guests (avoiding bustling/yelling in the yard at 6am) would've been better.
