Welcome to this stunning beachfront home in Santa Barbara on Padaro Lane! This terrific beachfront property is available for weekly and monthly rentals, our calendar is updated regularly.
We reserve the right to make adjustments to cleaning fee, security deposit, and rent based on group size and length of stay. For reservations longer than 5 days; cleaning staff will schedule to provide mandatory cleaning service at $35 per hour.
This beach house is over 2,000 sq. ft with four separate sleeping areas that can accommodate up to ten comfortably (*owner reserves the right to cap group sizes). The home has three bedrooms, two baths and a large Sunroom with two convertible queen beds. The ground floor Master Suite features a king-sized bed, large private bath with a deep jacuzzi soaking tub, and a separate shower. There are two bedrooms upstairs, the steps being a ladder; one with two twin mattresses and the second with a king mattress. All mattresses in the home are new and Temper-Pedic.
The home features a very large beach front deck with panoramic views of the ocean, and islands, and the property backs up to its own private beach! The home is fully equipped with upscale designer chaise lounge chairs, furnishings, and an outdoor dining area. You can sit out on the deck, watch the dolphins, and see the kids enjoying themselves on the sand while you soak up the wonderful Santa Barbara sun!
The designer kitchen includes top of the line Wolf, Miele and Sub Zero appliances as well as all cooking utensils and enough dinnerware to serve a large group. There is a lovely wood burning fireplace in the living room with a 60' flat screen TV and DVD player.
There is a large fenced yard for activities as well as an eight person jacuzzi tub. This property is also gated with the utmost privacy. This very relaxed yet luxurious beach home truly has all that one would want in a lovely getaway on Padaro Lane.

Summary: This cute cottage has a great location right there on the sand! It was overall a wonderful week. Tricky things were: no ice maker in freezer, no filtered water for easy drinking, washing machine needed repair (it worked but was SO loud and rattling), wine fridge didn't work... Otherwise, it was so clean and comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay!

Summary: Great property close to Santa Barbara where we attended a colleague's wedding. Interesting layout to the property but beautiful location and the property managers were very easy to work with and accomodating.

Summary: Great location- beautiful beach. It was perfect for the 2 of us. A bit misleading to say it sleeps 10 with 2 pullouts on the porch. A little warm without air conditioning but we would definitely stay there again.

Summary: This is a wonderful location for a small family get together with the beach center stage. Our 4 year old grand son initiated boogie boarding in the cold water for the first time! It's a ways from the public beaches so there were not very many folks strolling the sand on our walks. A 1.25 mile walk brought us to tide pools with hermit crabs and sea anemones in abundance. Being the birthday girl, my husband and I got the downstairs master bedroom with attached bathroom. It was a little hot upstairs for our son, dil, and 3 kids. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Summary: This is our second time happily staying here. Love the easy access to the beach. The beautiful home. The world’s softest sheets. Only thing tricky is the access to the kid’s rooms upstairs. The stairs are extremely steep. Thankfully the hand rails are secure.
