Positive: Location good, car parking plentiful

Negative: Only a couple of minor observations 1) the bathroom extract fan is very noisy 2) there didn't seem to be any oven gloves or tea towels (unless I missed them) 3) a couple of trays would probably be useful for eating on your knee

Positive: The location was perfect, everything within 10 mins walk. The town centre was thriving, transport links are great too being only 6 mins walk from Solihull Train Station. The apartment was the right temperature, comfortable, clean and quiet. Tony the host was also so helpful in providing details on how to get access. He was communicative, transparent and respectful. I will definitely be back again soon to stay at his lovely well looked after apartment. Thanks Tony! Rona

Positive: For what I needed it was ideal. Quiet, spacious, room to work.

Negative: Toilet seat was broken but I managed and told Tony that it would be OK for my stay. This is not a criticism in any way.

Positive: Very clean and spacious, was able to be a home away from home. Easy to get to a secure parking.

Negative: Poor sound proofing, could hear keys being dropped in neighbouring apartments. Not detrimental and I cannot fault flat, just building design.

Summary: Fantastic and a nice place to relax after a busy day.

Positive: Convenient location for travelling around the area. Comfortable bed, clean, good facilities. Great size bathroom. More roomy than expected. Good parking.

Negative: There was no anti slip mat or handle in bath. A bit too much light coming through blinds for us. Extremely loud bathroom fan, which could disturb with night use.

Positive: Exceptionally clean, new, well-equipped and comfortable. Loved it here and wished I could have stayed longer. It was spacious for a studio and perfect for what I needed. Tony, the host was very responsive and accommodating.
