Positive: It was a good location and v clean and warm.

Negative: We knew there wasn’t a log fire but it would have been lovely in a property like this to have one. There was very little room for coats, wellies(during the winter months) especially for 6 adults. There should be a night light in the attic room as it’s so difficult in the dark to move around due to so many levels. Very tight for 6 adults to sit in the lounge together.

Positive: Clean, cosy cottage within easy walking distance to the town and Blenheim palace. The kitchen is nice and spacious and I loved the loft room with the large bath.

Negative: The property states that it sleeps 8. We were a group of 5 and felt the property would only comfortably host 4 people with a small child.. The loft room and double room are nice rooms but my friends struggled in the rooms with single beds and had an uncomfortable night. The room with two single beds is only suitable for children. My friends legs hung over the ends of their beds (they are 5ft 6) and the door cannot be shut so you have no privacy. The room with the other single bed is high and very uncomfortable. If you had to use the trundle bed underneath this bed then the room would be very cramped. The bathroom on the first floor used for the 3 bedrooms is very small. It would be much nicer to have just two bedrooms on the first floor with an en suite for each rather than trying to cram in more guests in a house that doesn’t have a large enough living room or bathroom.
