Positive: Cosy cottage is the correct description - perfect for two of us who travelled to the area for a party. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well-equipped and the shower was really powerful. Absolutely perfect for our short stay. The street was also super-quiet.

Negative: These elements didn’t negatively affect our stay, but it’s worth warning folks about the narrow streets, if they are not familiar with Mistley, and the steep staircase in the property (with a good handrail on one side)

Positive: Using it as a bolt-hole whilst we were at a wedding nearby for the weekend. So all we needed was somewhere to sleep and shower. Perfect for this and the host made sure that getting in / getting out was easy.

Negative: It's a tiny road and a great number of cars - so on street parking is not the easiest.
